With a client-focused approach, Nav works with individuals to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and promote relaxation and recovery. Nav takes the time to understand each client’s needs and provides personalized care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her heading out on an unplanned road trip, fitting in a good stretch, or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen. She enjoys finding balance in everyday life and loves bringing that same positive, welcoming energy into her treatments.
